We do not need any reports; neither do we ask you to keep those log frames. Here are some draft objectives: 1) To write pieces that will help save the world 2) To educate people that too much monitoring, research and evaluation is a waste of time and results in dissipation of the bounties of evolution If you want a preliminary million dollar grant to write the proposal, you can apply to Society for Careful Assessment of Milliondollar proposals (SCAM), which has been set up to administer the fund.
